What To Expect

Your first appointment with me at All Sport Massage will last about  an hour and a half including the treatment.

On arrival you will need to fill in a form and provide contact information and some medical details.

The initial consultation will include an assessment, discuss case history, and we will work out a personal treatment plan together. There are many factors that are included in my initial plans such as your profession, lifestyle, sports you play, or past injuries. We will also talk about any loss of movement, discomfort, or pain you have at present and in the past


Please wear comfortable clothing that allows me access to the area that needs treatment. You will be covered with a towel during the massage with only the area being worked on being uncovered.


Before you leave, we’ll talk about what aftercare you need to do, which may include stretches or exercises at home. These will optimise your treatment.


After your massage, you may feel soreness in the areas worked on but this should dissapear within a few days.
